Every service call gets a deadline by priority or by your own rule, a push alert 4 hours before it, and a flag if it passes. Open calls sit on a board by status, and an SLA card shows what is at risk or breached.

Oversee suggests the professional who covers that building and trade and offers the best rated first. Each one carries a score built from ratings, deadlines and whether a return visit was needed. Closing a call needs verification, and its final cost becomes an expense linked to the call.

A whole book of post-dated cheques goes in at once, each earmarked to a billing month. A cheque in hand covers that month and stops late fees, but only counts as money once it clears. A bounce adds your fee to the payer's bill and stays tracked until a replacement is recorded.

A base fee plus a rate per square metre, parking and storage added, and an exception for any single apartment. One run raises the month for every active payer.

After the grace period you set, a fixed amount, a percentage or both is added, up to a cap, once per charge and never for a month covered by cheques.

Every resident sits on a ladder: neutral, first reminder, second reminder, phone call, formal letter, legal action. A board by stage shows the largest debt first, and a message or call opens with the text and exact amount already filled in. Automatic reminders by SMS, email and push: planned for launch.
