Traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, two-factor authentication is built in, and sign-ins, password changes and data exports are written to a hash-chained log with a built-in integrity check. Role-based permissions and end-to-end encryption for renter conversations are planned for launch. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant clearing provider, so card numbers never touch Oversee servers.

Card payments on every major card (Visa, Mastercard, Isracard, American Express and Diners) and direct-debit payments go through a PCI-DSS compliant clearing provider, which charges a per-transaction fee. We show you the exact rates for your setup at the demo, separately from the software price, so you can see precisely what each collected shekel costs.

We roll it out property by property, not all at once. You pick a pilot property, we send the renters an invitation with a signup link, and collections keep running as usual for anyone who has not joined yet. Nobody is forced onto the app, and you keep collecting from renters who prefer bank transfer or standing order.
