1. Information We Collect
Your information is processed by Payments Core LTD, the operator of the Payments services. We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you join the waitlist, request a demo, or fill out the contact form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or building-committee name, city, and role. For security purposes we also store the IP address a form was submitted from, to protect against abuse and to rate-limit requests.
2. Cookies & Analytics
The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser that identifies you. Google Analytics, which we use to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it, sets its own cookies; you can block them in your browser or with a content blocker, and the site works without them. Sentry monitors technical errors and receives only the technical details of an error, such as the browser, the page and the failing code.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to communicate with you about Payments and Oversee, schedule demo meetings, send launch updates, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data.
4. Third-Party Services
To operate the service we rely on sub-processors: Vercel (site hosting), Neon (data storage), Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (measurement), and Sentry (error monitoring). These providers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with this policy.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and payment card data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant clearing provider.
