1. Acceptance of Terms
The Payments websites, paymentsapplication.org and paymentsoversee.com, and the Payments services are operated by Payments Core LTD ("Payments", "we"). By accessing or using the Payments websites and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of service
Payments is a platform for managing bills: it brings recurring payments into one place. The service is currently available via the waitlist only. Oversee, presented on paymentsoversee.com, is software for building management and maintenance and for managing rental properties, serving management companies, building committees and rental property managers. The features and availability of both services are subject to change. Booking a meeting does not constitute an engagement; commercial use of Oversee will be governed by a separate agreement.
3. User eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering for the waitlist or using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User conduct
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the operation of the site, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site are owned by Payments. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior consent in writing.
6. Payments and refunds
We do not issue refunds for payments made through our services, such as management fees, committee dues or rent. A refund can be given only by the party that charged the payment (for example, the management company, building committee or property manager), at its discretion. Refund requests should be sent to that party directly; a refund it decides to give is made through it, subject to our approval.
7. Limitation of liability
Payments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
